9 Hours of Precious Moment

Last week, when i was in my way back to the college, i had an opportunities to sit beside of a German guy. He was heading a same route as me, from Kota Bharu Kelantan to Kuantan Pahang. Our bus started to leave Kota Bharu at 3 PM but along the way, i just remain silent because i was still afraid to start a conversation because i never had a chance to talk with foreigner before. Same goes as him, i thought maybe he had a thought that i will not be able to understand if he talk to me. So both of us remain silent until I decided to break the silent by asking where he was heading to. I was so glad because he was so friendly with me and his name is Garry. Since he is a Germany, i tried to ask him about Adolf Hitler because who might know it might be useful for this blog and luckily he was willingly to share his view about Hitler. So here is what he told me.

You know, this is one of the most often asked questions here. You could have asked any German about their opinion. The irony is, now the Germans know more about this topic than most other countries.

We have talked about this in school since the 5th grade and let me tell you, in school it is the most important theme. We have talked about in Religion, Deutsch, English, History, Politics and Biology. We have discussed it and talked about it and read books, watched movies and many more. Most of people that I have met here feel guilty and know they have to take care so it will never happen again. Nobody denies it happened here, in comparison to Russia.

Truth is I as surprised at how openly people admitted that they were very wrong. In Russia where I used to live there was a higher level of antisemitism and Holocaust-denial. At least here nobody denies it happened.

My teachers and everyone I have ever met are very much aware at how wrong they were and constantly tell their children, teenagers or pupils that they should be careful and never let that happen in the future.

Garry even ask for forgiveness from me for what Hitler had done to the world. I my self realised that Hitler is an evil dictator but i respect and was pretty impressed with Garry attitude. He think that as one of German citizen, he also feel very guilty for what Hitler had done. I am pretty sure that nobody want this tragedy to happen again. Everything in the past should become an important lesson for all of us in order to avoid the same tragedy in the future.

Stalking Hitler's Generals

I just woke up from my bed then straightly switched on the TV. However all the programs seems not interesting. Well i think it is normal because it was early in the morning. Then i was attracted to one program on National Geographic Channel which is related to Adolf Hitler. So I decided to watch it because it might be an interesting source for this blog. So here it is, "Stalking Hitler's Generals".

During World War II, Allied operatives went on secret missions to kill Adolph Hitler and his top officers, including Erwin Rommel and Heinrich Kreipe. Allied Special Forces launched daring wartime missions to capture or kill Nazi generals where they were stationed on the front lines of war. National Geographic Channel captures the real-time drama felt as the Special Forces commanded these dangerous and complicated missions to exotic locations.

There are two most well known generals in this documentary. The first one is Erwin Rommel or known as the Desert Fox which is a title given to him by the British. A brilliant tactician, Rommel received his nickname by guiding his elite Africa Korps to several decisive victories against British forces which took place at Libya. He had won the respect of both his own troops and the enemies he fought. The British army was driven to try anything that they could in order to capture Erwin Rommel. So they formed an Allied operatives team as a spy in order to capture him in a silent way. It took years before they managed to get inside Rommel's hiding place and he was shot to the death. However, the official story of Rommel's death as initially reported to the general public stated that Rommel had either suffered a heart attack which is believes as a conspiracy.

The second general is Heinrich Kreipe and the story took place at Crete, Greece. As commander of Infantry Regiment 209 of the 58th Infantry Division, Kreipe participated in the Battle of France and was awarded Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross award which is an award of Germany to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership during World War II. However, Kreipe story is different from previous general because he is famous for his spectacular abduction by the British. Same like Erwin Rommel case, an Allied operatives team consist of four soldiers was sent in order to get Kreipe. The team managed to get him while he was in his car, on the way to his well-guarded residence. The general was taken to the shore and they managed to get him off from the island by the boat. Kreipe was interrogated, and then transferred to a camp in Canada.

So, as a conclusion, by looking at the way the British immobilize all these generals, it can be conclude that their role are very important to Nazis. As we all well informed, Adolf Hitler alone is a great and honored leader. Together with all his generals, the Nazis is undefeated. The British had tried their best to defeat all these two generals with all the forces that they have but still failed. This clearly prove that Hitler's generals are the main part of Nazi armies after their leader, Adolf Hitler.

Hitler's Death, Fact or Fiction

This video is mainly about the conspiracy of Hitler's death. At the end of the video, the author ask what I think about this matter and automatically I starts to question myself whether is it true that suicide is not the main cause of Hitler's death. Since the first time we heard about the most famous dictator ever live, Adolf Hitler, we were clearly informed that the main reason of his death is by committing suicide inside his underground bunker by a gunshot. But there are several controversy statements claiming that Hitler is still alive during the tragedy. The most famous controversy claim is "Hitler is not dead. He escape either to Argentina or Spain" by Stalin.

When the Third Reich collapsed, the Russians were the first to enter Berlin and captured Adolf Hitler's last bunker. They made a claim that Hitler did not commit suicide but probably escaped. Together with that statement, they come out with several pictures that they believe as Hitler's corpse. Then rumors started to spread that the corpse is not the real Hitler but the fake that pretend to be Hitler as replacement so that Hitler could be glorified without dying. Many experts believe that the corpse found in that bunker is Weber because all bodies were there but they could not find Weber's body. To support this statement, the Allied Intelligence discovered that there is no bullet was ever found and the blood stains found on the sofa did not match Hitler's. Besides that, the body was burned and it is difficult to identify the corpse as being Hitler.

Adolf Hitler went to Antarctica which is known as Fuhrer's Shangrila. The Nazis had begun construction of buildings that were to withstand temperature to 60 degrees below zero. The buildings was his new hiding place and this place was never found until now. Then Hitler moved to Argentina and were never discovered.

I myself agree that there is a lot of mystery behind Hitler's death and he may not have died in the bunker. Eisenhower himself said “There is no conclusive evidence in existence that can prove Hitler is dead." Even the blood that supposedly came out of Hitler's head was not his blood type. If a detective noticed this he would conclude that this was not Hitler's body but it all remain secrecy. It could all have been made up by certain parties in order to cover up something. With all these statements, it all are sign of conspiracy to me.

Auschwitz Concentration Camp

Auschwitz is one of the five death camps constructed by the Nazis which the most streamlined mass was killing center ever created. It is the largest Nazi’s death camp because 1.1 million people were murdered here and most of them are the Jews. Auschwitz has become a symbol of death, the Holocaust, and the destruction of European Jewry. This camp housed prisoners and was a location of medical experiments. Besides that, it is the site of Block 11 which a place of severe torture and the Black Wall, a place of execution. At the entrance of Auschwitz, there is the infamous sign that stated "Arbeit Macht Frei" which means "work makes one free". Apart from that, Auschwitz also housed the Nazi staff that ran the entire camp complex.

These three pictures previews how the Nazis surround all the prisoners inside the concentration camp. The security is tight and there was almost impossible to escape from this hell. The fence was constructed high so that it is difficult for the prisoners to climb it. Besides that, it is equipped with barbed wire and to make it worse, the Nazis decided to channel high voltage of electric current to the wire. I think this is the main reason why all the prisoners continued to work there. They had no choice but to stay inside of the camp because there was almost zero percent of chance to escape.

During the detention, each of the prisoners life was really hard. They were thrown into the cruel, hard, unfair, horrific world of camp life. The next pictures shows some prisoner's belongings while they was there. Each of them were given one bowl to be used as multipurpose utility which was used as dish container, wash basin, pillow and chamber pot. Other than that, they were provided with wooden shoes. This shoes were claimed as the source of much pain, suffering and death among the prisoners because it is tight and rough. They caused blisters and sores, even fatal infection due to prisoner's weakened immune systems. Then, the last picture is some of the prayer shawls belongs to the religious Jews. When they arrived at the camp, all of these shawls were confiscated and were kept inside the warehouse. They were forbidden to practice their religion but to work only.

The last picture is the structures found at Auschwitz. The first picture shows the hospital block courtyard where the medical experiments were conducted. This hospital had no meaning to the prisoners because they view it as a pain rather than as a cure for their illness. Lastly, the second picture shows the only way out from this hell. It also seems meaningless to those prisoners because they knew that they will never had a chance to get pass through the gate. The only way to get through it is as a dead body which is after an execution or when they die because of illness.
